Senior Business Analyst

 

  • Lead analysis and documentation on decommissioning stream by liaising with stakeholders e.g. other projects and business areas (complaints , mortgage services, business teams) on current usage and roll off plans for their Pega apps which are to be decommissioned (9 in total)
  • Document retention requirements for any application where access to data is required to meet Data retention requirements though discussion with stakeholders and in line with VM data retention policies
  • Work with Technical SME’s to shape and define a solution to meet ongoing retention requirements
  • Work with PM & technical SME’s on decommissioning activity for applications where data has been deleted and infrastructure decommissioning can be actioned e.g. raise relevant jira tickets or engage teams via front door processes

Skills
Experienced Business Analyst with proven capabilities:
Stakeholder Management
Jira/Confluence
Comfortable in technical detail and working with technical teams
