Our Senior Consultants work in partnership with clients to manage the whole recruitment process.  We are looking for someone who is both personable and organised so they are able to manage candidate and client demands as well as negotiate offers. The role will involve managing existing key accounts and using initiative to identify and develop new business opportunities.

We are a cyber security specific specialist recruitment consultancy, so it is imperative that you are an expert within the field. Alongside the dealings with clients and candidates you will be expected to mentor junior team members, so we are looking for a candidate who has the ability to guide others within the team.

Poor office jokes and bad jumpers on Friday are also a requirement.
