Our close knit teams are focussed on 360 recruitment, and this role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced or novice resource to contribute to the sourcing and qualifying of talent capable of working in security for world leading brands.

This role represents an exciting opportunity for an entry level candidate or those who have relevant industry knowledge and recruitment experience. We are looking for someone competitive but a good communicator who will be able to provide an excellent service to our candidates and clients on a daily basis.

The Role

• Delivering top quality professionals into contract and permanent positions throughout the UK, Europe and USA
• Market mapping and identifying key organisations and personnel
• Sourcing and attracting active and passive candidates within the market
• Writing job adverts, using job board, social meeting and LinkedIn to search for candidates
• Making headhunting calls to candidates
• Being a market expert within the field
• Networking within Industry sources

What we are looking for

• An inquisitive nature and the ability to listen and ask the right questions to gain information
• A strong persuasive nature with the ability to influence
• The ability to use initiative to achieve success
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to work on multiple vacancies
• The ability to work under pressure in a targeted environment
• To have a consultative approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commercially astute

Company Benefits:

• Full Time Position
• Basic salary £20,000 to £23,000 subject to experience + Commission. Year one OTE up to £30,000.
