Global Director, Field & Channel Marketing

Salary: Circa $170,000 + Bonus + Stock

Location: United States (ET or CT)

A US headquartered Cyber Security Vendor are looking to appoint a Global Director of Field and Channel Marketing who will be responsible for driving strategy and execution of all field and channel activities. This organisation provide actionable threat intelligence that delivers for every security team. They minimize digital risk by identifying unwanted exposure and protecting against external threats.

This Director of Field and Channel Marketing will manage regional marketing teams in EMEA and the US to achieve sales pipeline targets. They will be building and executing on the marketing plans together with Sales and Channel Leads. These programs include direct marketing campaigns that drive interest to the global BDR teams, and channel initiatives that build awareness and demand with our global partners. This individual will manage a Global team of field and channel marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all regional marketing activities to deliver marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue aligned with sales targets
• Manage and coach channel and field marketing teams
• Oversee the execution of successful corporate and channel events
• Responsible for Demand Generation globally and driving pipeline growth
• Partnering with regional sales leaders to develop marketing plans to drive team activities towards shared targets
• This individual will be both strategic and tactical. They will be tactical and “hands on” within certain parts of marketing
• Develop executive-level relationships with marketing leadership counterparts at our focus channel partners
• Drive operational efficiencies and consistency across regional teams
• Collaborate with Digital, Content and Product marketing teams

Requirements

• Experience leading marketing efforts across North America and EMEA
• Previous experience leading a marketing team
• Experience in both Field and Channel marketing activities
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
• Deep experience working with global channel partners
• Proven ability to build and maintain reporting that reliably shows ROI of marketing activities
• Analytically and tactically competent
• Ability to operate and succeed in an agile fast paced environment
• Ability to travel
