Global Channel Leader

Salary: Up to £300,000 OTE

Location: Germany / UK / Nordics / Benelux

A Danish Headquartered Cyber Security organisation are looking to appoint a Global Channel Leader to build and develop a partner ecosystem that delivers high value and quality. This organisation offer a SaaS based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Solution.

This organisation are backed by world leading PE firms and are in a stage of high growth with a 400% increase in the number of new IGA SaaS implementations YTD. This organisation and associated IGA product are rated as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. They are the leader in Modern IGA, with the highest governance and audit standards in the industry.

This Global Channel Leader will lead the overall partner community, strategy and partner sourced business creation on a global basis. This is a leadership role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain a clear and deliverable partner strategy and plan
  • Build repeatable and efficient processes and programs to develop partners and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and references
  • Build sustainable partner growth and drive our partner ecosystem globally
  • Identify and secure strategic partners of high quality for a long-term value. The total partner population should be controlled with a focus on quality and sustainability and not volume
  • Work with marketing to develop partner programs to increase pipeline and market awareness
  • Provide leadership and management to the partner team to ensure plans are executed, KPI’s are delivered, and targets are met or exceeded on a quarterly basis
  • Develop the existing partners and hold them accountable to the responsibilities and obligations under the partner agreement with specific focus on business sourcing and customer satisfaction
  • Qualify, target and approach boutique security partners
  • Work with Global leadership within Sales and Marketing to effectively strategize and execute

Requirements

  • High energy and action oriented
  • Proven experience building a partner ecosystem within a Cyber Security organisation that provide a SaaS based offering
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience in the Identity and Access Management space is preferable, but not a must
