Salary: £85-100,000 + Bonus + Equity + Benefits


A bleeding edge cyber security start-up are looking to continue their impressive international growth with the appointment of a Customer Success Manager – EMEA.

With an autonomous, real-time threat prevention platform, this fast-growing 200 person company is widely recognized as a category creator within the cyber security industry.

With several impressive OEMs and over 50 large enterprise customers, this is well-funded, patent rich company, unique in their ability to optimize AI to create a single multi-layer security platform capable of preventing any threat in any environment with unparalleled efficacy.

This will be the first Customer Success Manager – EMEA to join the business so this role would suit someone with a start-up mentality who enjoys a greenfield environment.

The Customer Success Manager – EMEA position is a unique opportunity to join forces with a highly reputable deep learning cyber security start-up as they continue on their journey to change the face of EDR and threat. 

Given the sophisticated nature of the AI platform, the ideal Customer Success Manager will have at least 3 years of success in a similar role, but will also have provable technical experience either as in an engineering or a tech support capacity. 



  • Build long-term meaningful relationships with customers, advocating for them, and establishing and sustaining long term partnerships.
  • Drive customer milestones, e.g. onboarding, adoption and consumption in alignment to customer use cases and roadmap.
  • Ensure timely and successful customer on-boarding, enablement, and training
  • Build and manage Customer Success Plans to help customers achieve their objectives.
  • Drive resolution of problems or critical issues for assigned customers by aligning appropriate resources from Support, Product, Billing and Engineering organizations.
  • Ensure customer needs and challenges are communicated and understood by Executives and functional teams.
  • Proactively review customer consumption and to derive insights to help customers.
  • Partner with sales to identify expansion and growth opportunities for customers who may benefit from additional services.
  • Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and, where necessary, support the renewals process to minimize customer attritions


  • 3+ years working in a customer-facing role, e.g. customer success, account management, service delivery
  • Previous technical experience either in an engineering or tech support capacity.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Problem solver and team player: Ability to solve difficult issues with little supervision
  • Demonstrable accountability, customer advocacy, conflict resolution, growth mindset, stakeholder influence, ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex customer relationships in SaaS organizations
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment with constant change to address emerging issues and challenges
  • Willing to be a hands-on contributor and a proactive team player
