 Partner Account Manager - Cyber security – UK based – Competitive salary


A leading provider of anti-virus and internet security solutions. With over 110 Million users worldwide, businesses and consumers across 200 countries, who are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join their team based in the UK.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and KPIs targets.
  • Expect to be offsite approximately 50% of the time driving Partner engagement.
  • Build a collaborative business relationship with your Partner accounts.
  • Be a good relationship builder, and use this to increase the brand and product awareness to drive pipeline.
  • Be able to identify potential partners/end users in order to close new sales opportunities.
  • Drive differentiation on an account level basis using your account management skills.
  • Understand all revenue generating opportunities within your accounts; specifically, renewals revenue, cross/up sell opportunities, new business pipeline and MSP.
  • Keep reseller company information and all activities up-to-date in CRM system.
  • Assist resellers in closing end-user business.

Skills & experience

  • Strong experience of account management within Enterprise and/or Channel sales and distribution
  • Experience in the security industry would be an advantage
  • Able to demonstrate some security industry knowledge, and a desire to improve it in order to meet the demands of your partners
  • Strong consultative selling and rapport building skills
  • Good self-management, time management and organisational skills are critical to meet urgent partner demands
  • Working knowledge of a CRM system
  • Attention to detail with ability to follow a task/activity through to the end
  • Able to contribute on an individual basis, balanced with the desire to work and act as part of a team
