Senior Sales Executive – Cloud Security


Job Introduction

An opportunity to join a growing and highly successful Sales function within a well-established Cyber Security consultancy who are one of the leading Cloud Security providers in the UK.

They are looking for experienced and driven Sales Professionals who have a proven track record of selling Cyber Security solutions and services to new and existing clients. You will be familiar with a target-driven, performance-based environment. You will also work on a sector-specific basis and will be supported by a comprehensive marketing function; an active demand-generation team and a very experienced pre-sales team to achieve your targets.


Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying opportunities and initial engagement of targeted prospect accounts within specific industry with the aim of becoming an expert in these sectors
  • Build strong rapports to establish credibility and reach Trusted Advisor Status with key client decision-makers, by understanding their key challenges and priorities
  • Generate business from developing initial conversations into tangible closed business sales, in-line with monthly gross profit targets
  • Further develop and nurture newly won accounts, to become trusted and valuable long-term clients and achieve a strong level of client retention
  • Accurate and timely administration of CRM system

Key Requirements:


  • Several years of experience in selling Cyber Security solutions and services into medium-sized and enterprise-level businesses
  • Strong and well-rounded technical appreciation of the Cyber Security industry and its current challenges and solutions
  • A clear and apparent sales ambition, approach, methodology and drive with hope and expectations of building long term success within the business


  • Specific experience and understanding of Zscaler, Microsoft, Fortinet, Mimecast, Alien Vault, SecurEnvoy, Knowbe4 solutions
  • Existing and credible network of contacts and opportunities within relevant industry
  • Sector specific experience particularly in areas such as Financial Services, Construction, Aviation
