I'm looking for an experienced Office Manager who has had exposure to HR Administrative responsibilities to oversee the running of the office and support with HR tasks.

Office Responsibilities Include:

  • Meeting and greeting vendors and visitors
  • Assisting with interviews/meetings and scheduling
  • Managing all facilities responsibilities and vendors i.e. Fire checks, Tea Coffee supplies, Cleaning Company etc 
  • Point of contact for taxi company and local hotels
  • LABS House interface for day to day issues
  • Support Marketing events preparation and execution
  • Become company Health and Safety Officer


HR Responsibilities Include:

  • Collating and storing new hire documents including contracts, Right To Work verifications and general Day 1 set-up including equipment such as Laptop
  • Manage exit documentation requirements
  • Prepare reference letters incl financial refs
  • Manage holiday balance reports and reminders and record and file sickness/absence
  • Assisting with Home Office and/or other audits 
  • Help edit documents e.g. benefit updates, policies, Employee Handbook
  • Benefits administration - notify providers of leavers/joiners 
  • Assist with general queries and expense questions
  • Manage the IT equipment stock – number, inventory keeping, asset tagging


Candidate Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrable experience managing an office
  • Experience undertaking Facilities management
  • Exposure to HR admin, ideally experience undertaking HR tasks
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Solid communication skills across all mediums and at all levels
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise according to changing urgencies
  • Aptitude to undertake further responsibilities to support the needs of the business
