Enterprise Sales Team Manager Germany - IAM Solutions

  This leading global IT Management Solutions provider is currently looking to expand its German team by adding a Senior Manager to the office in Frankfurt to manage a team of direct, enterprise focused sales individuals specialised in Identity and Access Management Solutions.

Coming from a background of managing and mentoring a team of high caliber sales individuals this individual will take responsibility for driving a specialised sales team, monitoring their performance and making sure they meet sales and revenue targets in their assigned regions.

The candidate should have extensive sales experience with high value solutions deals and a track record of success. A background in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM), as well as experience of managing a sales team is highly sought after, as is success across Germany.
