Multilingual Customer Support Specialist - Fribourg, Switzerland

The role of Customer Support Specialist (CSS) is a highly-valued and core role within this leading Global IT company.
One of the CSS’s goals will be to enhance the department’s operational effectiveness.

As a CSS, you will have a number of responsibilities which play a large part in the success of the company, including;
• Processing customer orders
• Customer background checking
• Ensuring payment is made by customer
• Providing world-class customer support
• Actively participate in system implementation & team projects
• Process faxes, emails and file documents
• Recommend procedures that maximize operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction
• Build relationship with customers to ensure customer loyalty
• Mentor new hires on basic office procedures and product knowledge
• Ensure customer inquiries are handled according to Service Level Agreements and department goals

Customer support is provided 24x7, so you will be expected to work various shifts based on business demand.

In terms of your background, we are looking for;
• People who have experience in similar roles & have solid customer service experience
• People who have experience of working within environments (for example; banking) which must comply with strict policies and legislations.

ESSENTIAL:
For this role, it essential that you are fluent in one of the following language combinations;
1) French, German & English
2) 2 of either Danish, Italian or Spanish AND English

* Relocation assistance is NOT offered with this role, so it is essential that you are located close to/in Switzerland or able to relocate yourself

* You MUST be an EU Citizen

* This is a 6 month contract (possibility of the role going permanent, but this is not guaranteed) - start date ASAP

* This role is based in Fribourg, Switzerland
